Who can use this service?
Any person who has had an immediate loss can use this service.

An immediate loss means that a friend or family member has recently passed away and you need to prepare or make arrangements for a Funeral Service to take place now.

How Does this Service Work?
Our referral process can vary, but usually takes between 15 minutes and 30 minutes for us to talk with you and find out your needs.

We will then find you a funeral director who meets those needs, and provide you with an approximate quotation.

On approval of the quotation, your details will then be referred to that particular Funeral Director; who will contact you to begin making the arrangements for the service.
