Funeral Line Australia's advocacy service is an immediate service to be used when you have a death in the family; whereby we act as your personal agent when using the services of a Funeral Director.
We co-ordinate and discuss all aspects of the funeral service with you, whilst we also:
- Liaise with the Funeral Director of your choice
- Arrange the funeral on your behalf
- Attend the Funeral Service with you
- Attend the Viewing, Rosary service, and/or any other preliminary services with you
- Are available for your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Liaise with florists, celebrants, caterers, and other specialist services on your behalf
- Provide after funeral assistance and advice - up to two 30 minute consultations
Our Advocacy Service can be used by:
- Any person who does not want to deal directly with the Funeral Director
- Legal professionals who are under instructions to handle the arrangements
- Person overseas or interstate needing an agent in Victoria Australia, to handle arrangements on their behalf
